A few things worth knowing before your appointment.
Appointments
Booking
Appointments are booked directly with Leanne, by phone call or message. There is no online booking. Every appointment is arranged personally.
Before your appointment
If you're new to LM Beauty Facials Massage, Leanne will ask you to complete a consultation form before your first treatment. It covers your contact details and any health information that affects whether a treatment is safe for you, such as medication, allergies or skin conditions.
Please tell her if anything changes between visits, even if it seems minor.
Changes and cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel your appointment.
Things come up, so if you need to move an appointment, please call or message as early as you can. The earlier you let Leanne know, the easier it is to find you a new time.
If you're running late, please let Leanne know as soon as you can.
Patch tests
Some treatments, such as eyelash and eyebrow tinting, may need a patch test beforehand. If yours does, Leanne will arrange it with you when you book.
At Room 4
What to expect
Room 4 is a private treatment room on the first floor. It's quiet, and you won't be sharing the space with anyone else.
There's a waiting area in reception downstairs. Please aim to arrive a couple of minutes before your appointment, so your treatment can start on time.
Wear whatever you're comfortable in. Leanne will explain what a treatment involves before it starts.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are available. Ask Leanne.
Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase and can be for a treatment or an amount. Any balance left after a treatment stays on the voucher to use another time.
Your information
Your privacy and your records
The information on your consultation form is used for two things: giving you treatments safely, and contacting you about your appointments. Your appointments are managed through our booking system, which sends your confirmations and reminders. It is never sold, shared or used for marketing.
Records are kept securely for seven years, as Leanne's insurers require, and are not shared with anyone unless the law requires it.
You can ask to see your records, correct them, or ask for them to be deleted. Just ask Leanne. If you're ever unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work. Nothing tracks you, and there's no advertising. There's no contact form and no booking system on the site, so it collects nothing from you.
